Alec is a fun, energetic young man in need of an active family who loves to get out and do things! He likes to play soccer and basketball; ride his electric scooter; go on long bike rides and have epic water gun battles with friends! Alec really likes playing Dungeons and Dragons. He often practices drawing the Armour characters from the game and hopes that when he gets settled into his new family, he might be able to join a DND club either at school or in the community. He also likes to read graphic novels and watch futuristic movies like Tron. Perhaps, most of all, Alec really enjoys video games! His current favorites include the Legend of Zelda and Minecraft, because he loves to build things. Alec can’t get enough of anything Pokemon related. He reports that if he had a million dollars, he thinks he might spend it all on Pokemon cards! This sweet guy can get a little too focused on wanting to play his video games and needs parents who will allow him to have his dedicated game time, and then work to shift his focus onto other activities as well.
Alec enjoys family nights spent watching funny movies, especially if family night includes eating tacos and having his favorite mint-chocolate chip ice cream for dessert! If you’re a family who goes to the gym, he likes to do that too and would be happy coming along. Alec is a curious kid who likes to look for bugs and ant colonies and to learn all he can about animals. He can’t wait to be able to visit a big aquarium someday soon. Alec has come so far in working on healing his past trauma. He considers himself a kind person who likes to help others and he’s proud of the young man he’s turning into.
