Elena and Julieta are sweet sisters in need of a wonderful Forever Family! Big sister Elena has a very long list of all of the things she’s passionate about that make her the amazing kid she is! Elena’s top favorite things to do right now are definitely anything art related; singing her heart out; and dancing along to fun YouTube videos. This well-rounded girls’ other interests include a love of animals; shopping; having her nails done; biking; swimming; reading and cooking. Elena is a budding chef and likes to make up her own recipes. She’s also not afraid to try new foods and recently tried Ceviche without even hesitating! Above all else, Elena loves her little sister and is looking forward to a life that feels safe, secure and supportive, so they can both focus on simply being kids and having fun together.
Younger sister Julieta, or Juli as she likes to be called, describes herself as kind, fun and helpful. She enjoys school, especially playing educational games on the computer and learning about animals and their habitats. Juli loves playing with her friends; doing arts and crafts projects; singing and dancing; anything Disney related; cooking, and watching her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, win a football game! Juli is an affectionate child who loves to cuddle and give hugs to the people she feels safest with. She plays really well with other children and would be open to being adopted by a family who has similar aged kids in the home. Most of all, Juli loves her sister Elena and looks forward to the day when they can be together again all of the time.
Elena and Juli’s Permanency Team is searching for a family with a strong understanding of the effects of childhood trauma, who can be dedicated educational advocates for both girls and who will commit to continuing their community services that help them to thrive and grow. A two-parent family, where one parent is either a stay-at-home parent or has a flexible schedule, would be a great fit for these sisters. Parents who are active, patient, and nurturing; while also providing structure and clear boundaries for the girls, would be an ideal match. If you believe that your home is possibly the right fit for these amazing siblings, we encourage you to inquire today for more information about Elena and Julieta!
The Idaho Wednesday's Child Program prioritizes the safety and security of children, above all else. In an effort to protect the safety of the youth we serve, our process requires families to possess a current, approved adoption home study. Only families with a current home study can view youth's full profiles with videos and photos and submit inquiries, on the Secure Gallery Page.
