Learn More About Sadie

Sadie is a sweet soul who cares deeply for the people in her life. She is proud of how easily she makes friends and considers herself someone who is always there with a listening ear when others in her life are going through a difficult time. In line with her caring nature, Sadie has set her sights on finishing high school, becoming a CNA and then entering a college Nursing Program so that she can earn her degree and make her career caring for the elderly or others in need.

When it comes to interests, Sadie's are fun and varied! She loves playing soccer and participating in track at school and has won awards in the past for both. Watching documentaries about unsolved mysteries and watching random tutorial videos on YouTube are a few of the fun things she enjoys in her down time. Others include going swimming at the river with friends; playing Roblox; cooking for family; shopping for fun clothes; and getting her nails, make-up and eyelashes done. Sadie loves Mexican food, McDonalds and traveling and hopes to someday visit the Eiffel Tower in Paris! This talented teen knows how to play several musical instruments from having taken lessons in the past, but Sadie's greatest talent is probably her ability to draw and create artwork that is really meaningful to her, and she is amazing at it!

Sadie's Hispanic culture is extremely important to her and she is over-the-moon excited about reaching the age soon when she will be able to have a Quinceanera. She's already dreaming about the amazing dress, the dancing, and the food that go along with this rite of passage into young adulthood! A family that shares her culture would be an excellent fit for Sadie, however she is also open to families who don't, as long as they value her heritage and can support her in relationships and activities that will keep her feeling connected to who she is.

Sadie's Permanency Team is open to any kind of parental make-up and is looking for an adoptive family that ideally resides in the Southern Idaho area, where she might be the oldest child in the home. Sadie would prefer a setting in town, as opposed to living in a really rural location, and needs parents who really understand trauma and how to help children work through grief and loss in healthy ways. Sadie also needs caregivers who will be good educational advocates for her and who can be supportive with assisting her in maintaining some of her important birth family relationships.

Sadie may be getting older, but she still longs for a family who will always be by her side, one whose commitment to her will not waiver even during the normal rough patches that can be a part of being a teenager. Sadie has endless potential and simply needs that special person who can help her see how amazing she truly is and all of the wonderful things that life has in store for her! If you think that Sadie would be a wonderful fit for your family, please inquire about her today!
