Meet Ulises.

WCID# 31004729
Gender: Boy
Age: 1
Ethnicity/Race: Latino/a or Hispanic

One look at Ulises and you just can't help but fall in love with this sweet, resilient baby! Ulises is a trooper and has overcome so much in his young life. He is already surprising everyone with his ability to exceed some of his early developmental expectations. Ulises really enjoys being held, cuddled and talked to. He’s currently working on rolling over; can coo back and forth with his foster mom, and tickling him under his chin will always produce a beautiful smile and a delightful little giggle! Ulises has a wonderful disposition and already does very well sleeping through the night, unless of course he needs a diaper changed. This endearing boy is in need of a very special and specific type of Forever Family, one who is highly skilled in providing medical care and who understands that caring for Ulises may be a lifelong commitment.

The ideal fit for Ulises would be to find his Forever Home in the Treasure Valley area due to services he has in place and so his current foster family might be able to be an ongoing support to his adoptive family, however his Permanency Team is interested in hearing from families in any location who feel that they have the ability to love him fiercely, advocate for him and meet his needs. If you’ve been waiting for just the right special child to come along and join your family and think you may be a match for Ulises, we hope to hear from you today!
